2. Eligibility for Returns / Replacements

To be eligible for a return or replacement, please ensure that:

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The seal, labels, and barcodes are intact and unbroken.

The request for return or replacement is raised within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

You received the wrong product.

The product is damaged, leaked, or tampered.

The product is expired or near expiry.

There are missing items in your order.

3. Non-Returnable Products

For health and safety reasons, the following categories are non-returnable:

*Opened, used, or tampered supplement boxes, bottles, or jars.

*Protein powders, vitamins, or capsules once the seal is broken.

*Health foods and consumables.

*Products purchased during special promotions, combo offers, or marked as non-returnable.

*Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

4. How to Initiate a Return / Replacement

If your product meets the above criteria:

2. Share the following details:

Order ID

Product name

Clear unboxing pictures or videos (showing invoice and issue clearly)

 

3. Once verified, our team will approve the return or replacement and arrange a pickup if applicable.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days after approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after customer verification.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the parcel appears damaged or tampered on the time of delivery:

Please do not accept the package.

Take photos of the parcel and contact us immediately at 9822880024 or support@proteinstore24.com.
We’ll verify and issue a replacement or refund as applicable.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

In case of a successful cancellation, the refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

8. Shipping Charges for Returns

If the return is due to wrong or damaged product, return shipping is free of cost.

In case of customer preference (e.g., change of mind), shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
