We are committed to delivering your products safely and quickly across India through our trusted delivery partner DTDC Courier.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse to your delivery address as mentioned during checkout.

2. Service Area
We currently ship all over India through DTDC.
If your delivery location is in a remote or non-serviceable area, our team will contact you for alternate delivery options or cancellation.

3. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Delivery time depends on the destination:
Metro cities: 1–3 business days
Other regions: 3–5 business days
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Method
All parcels are sent via DTDC Express Service.
Tracking details (AWB number) will be shared with you via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched.

5. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight, destination, and DTDC service zone.
Any applicable shipping fee will be visible at checkout before payment.
We currently do not offer free shipping on any order.

6. Payment Mode
We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at this time.

7. Order Delivery & Acceptance
Please make sure the shipping address and contact number are entered correctly.
Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected or cancelled.
If the consignee is unavailable at the delivery address, DTDC will make up to two re-attempts before returning the shipment to us.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct address and being available to receive the package.

8. Return & Replacement Policy
No return or replacement policy is applicable once the product has been delivered.
We ensure all products are checked and packed securely before dispatch.
In the rare case of any damage during transit, please contact DTDC or our support within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.

9. Shipping Damage / Lost Parcels
DTDC is responsible for safe delivery. However, ProteinStore24 assists customers in coordinating claims in case of lost or damaged shipments.
Claims must be raised within 3 days of delivery as per DTDC policy.
DTDC’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment and subject to their terms and conditions.

10. Force Majeure
ProteinStore24 shall not be liable for delays or non-delivery caused by natural calamities, lockdowns, strikes, transport disruptions, or other events beyond our control.
